"I'm in my 60's, overweight, and pretty good about getting cardio in but not good at all about strength training. I don't like strength training and can't seem to force myself to do it. I know it's so important, especially getting older and muscles losing strength, the threat of osteoporosis, the loss of flexibility and balance that comes with aging. I also know you can cause yourself injury if you don't do it right. I saw Crystal's ad in a local paper and signed up. I'm so glad I did!
